* Non-destructive Testing Services

Quality-controlling the material before having any physical and chemical change that will be tested for its endurance in the phase of manu facturing , and after manufacturing or while in service.NDT methods are chosen about the material will be tested and the error that is searched for.Every non-destructive test has superiorities and restrictions when compared with another non-destructive test.In some situations, they are used together as complementing each other.

* Methods:


Radiography (X-ray, Gamma-Ray)

In this method, penetrating artificial ones or natural radiation sources are used.The radiation that crossed into the material can be saved onto a radiography filmi by using the advantage of density and thickness differences.Radiography is saved about the main-material and the density difference.It is the most appropriate method to find errors that causes density differences in main-material.The possibility of permanent documents about test is also available.

Ultrasonic

It is a test method, that would not cause any physical or chemical change in every phase of the materials (casting, welding, construction, transportation etc.).Its working principle is to catch the reaction of the material to pregiven soudn waves in different frequincies, that is calibrated about the material’s type, thickness and shape.By the reactions aqcuired from the material (echo) cracks, slag remainders, gas blanks are easily can be found in material.Error dimensions are, can be determined as minumum 20 microns and maximum as the dimensions of the material.
